DS & JAKS Developers builds gated residences in Bengaluru - including Needs 3 Project 168 in Horamavu, Needs 3 Project 276, Needs 3 Project 100 and Aspen Woods. Our regional office is at Flat No. A 403, Aspen Woods Apartment, Doddakamnahalli, Bengaluru 560076.
This website does not publish a public telephone number. The usual way to reach us is the enquiry form on Connect Us or other forms on this site.
2. Information you may give us
We collect only what is needed to respond to you. Depending on the form you use, that may include:

5. How we look after it
Enquiry records are stored in our business systems with access limited to people who need them to serve you. We use standard hosting, access control and backup practices. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure. We are not responsible for details you type into unofficial pages that imitate DS & JAKS.
We do not ask for bank passwords, card numbers or PAN on this public website. Do not send those through the enquiry form.
6. Who else may see it
We do not sell your contact details. We may share them with:
- Associates, consultants or technology vendors who host the site, store leads or help us return your enquiry - only as needed for that work

9. Branding on this website
The DS & JAKS lockup (icon, wordmark and the line "Building Better Lives") is shown in white on the mint header and in the footer. That is a design choice for contrast on those bars. It does not change the official colour of the mark in print, stationery or project signage. Using a white header logo does not grant any extra licence to copy or redraw the brand.
10. Children
This site is meant for adults considering a home or a role with us. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Updates
We may revise this policy when our forms, hosting or the law change. The date at the top of this page will move when we do. Continued use of dsjaks.in after a change means you accept the updated text. Please read it from time to time.
